Job Description
The CHEF DE PARTIE/SOUS CHEF at Kings Creek Hotel plays a crucial role in the culinary team, contributing to the overall success of our food operations. This position requires an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality dishes and has the ability to work effectively in a dynamic kitchen environment. Responsibilities and main tasks:
Assisting in the preparation and production of menu items according to set standards
Ensuring that all food products are handled, stored, prepared, and served safely in accordance with food safety guidelines
Collaborating with the head chef and sous chefs to develop new dishes and menus
Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
Maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to sanitation and safety regulations
The kitchen team is expected to read and follow instructions for saving and using the correct amount of detergent independently
Training and supervising junior kitchen staff members
Contributing creative ideas for continuous improvement of kitchen operations
Oversee the kitchen in the Head chefs absence

Inputting invoices into Bepoz (Pos System)

Experience working with kitchen equipment and tools, ensuring their proper use and maintenance
